Many things effect the way your machine performs. For example, be
sure to use QUALITY NEEDLES AND THREAD, the suitable type for the material and
job. Make sure the needle is in good condition and inserted
properly. A good rule-of-thumb is “NEW JOB, NEW NEEDLE”. Good
quality thread will help reduce sewing and service problems.
Some problems may be solved simply by unthreading and re-threading,
checking with your owner’s manual.
Dusting out your bobbin case or shuttle area and oiling (on machines that
require oil) after each project will help ensure trouble free sewing.
